Capoeira East Finchley (Companhia Pernas Pro Ar, "we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect and how we use it.

The short version

We only use your details to contact you about our capoeira classes. That's it. We don't sell, rent or share your information for marketing, and we don't use it for anything else.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us — for example when you message us on WhatsApp, email us, book a class or set up a membership. This may include:

• Your name
• Your phone number and/or email address
• Anything you tell us in your messages (for example, your experience level or questions about classes)
• For kids classes, the parent or guardian's contact details and the child's name

How we use it

We use your information only to:

• Reply to your enquiries
• Book you (or your child) into classes and manage memberships
• Let you know about class times, changes, cancellations and related club updates

We will never use your information for any other purpose.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. The only exceptions are the trusted services we use to run our classes:

• WhatsApp — messages you send us are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
• GoCardless — class and membership payments are processed securely by GoCardless. We never see or store your full bank details.
• Email — if you email us, your message is stored in our email inbox.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only for as long as you're attending or interested in our classes. If you ask us to, we'll delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you can ask us at any time to:

• See the information we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop contacting you

Just send us a message and we'll take care of it.
